SCOPE OF APPLICATION: These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our website https://soundvintagehifi.com and govern the sale of vintage audio equipment to customers within the EU and internationally.
PRODUCT: All items are pre-owned, vintage, and sold “as-is.” We thoroughly test all equipment and provide detailed condition descriptions. Minor cosmetic wear due to age should be expected.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS: Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We accept the following payment methods:

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: We ship within the EU and internationally using reputable courier services. Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination. Import duties/taxes (for non-EU buyers) are the buyer’s responsibility BUT SELLER CAN MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU Customers): You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Please include your order number and clearly state your intention to withdraw.
You must return the item(s) in original condition within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
WARRANTY: As per EU law, we provide up to 3 months of limited warranty for used goods. This covers functional defects not disclosed in the product description. Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs is not covered.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged but willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
GOVERNING LAW: These terms are governed by the laws of France, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
