REFUNDS

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS:  Refunds are available within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
  • A refund of up to 90% of the purchase price may be issued, depending on the condition of the returned item and reason for return.
  • Any signs of misuse, damage, or missing components may result in a partial refund or no refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Items returned after the 14-day period.

REFUND PROCESS:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [your contact email/phone] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

SHIPPING COST:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

ORDER CANCELLATION:  You may cancel your order before it ships but a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

PRE-OWNED/USED ITEMS REFUND POLICY:  Returns of pre-owned hi-fi equipment are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in excellent condition, free of dents or damage, and include all original accessories and packaging. Refunds are up to 90%, based on item condition upon return.

Some used, demo, or clearance items are sold “as is” and are final sale. No refunds or exchanges apply. However, we offer generous trade-in and upgrade programs. Some used items may include transferable warranties—please inquire about specific items.

NEW ITEMS RETURN POLICY:   All new hi-fi equipment is considered a “special order” and is non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are often custom-built per order. A deposit is required at purchase. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. All new products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:  Most items are not in stock for immediate shipping. Please contact us to confirm availability before ordering.

ON HOLD ITEMS:   We can hold items—new or used—upon receiving a deposit. If you cancel, your deposit is fully refunded. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee item availability.
