Whether you’re located in the EU, UK, US or all regions of the World. our shipping process is designed to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. This page outlines everything you need to know about our shipping methods, delivery times, international shipping options, handling fees, and tracking information.

We believe that transparency and reliability are key to a great shopping experience. Please review the details below to understand how we process and ship your order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

  • in-stock items ship regularly within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Special order or backordered items may take longer to ship. Estimated lead times will be communicated via email.

SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS: We offer a variety of shipping options based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Our carriers include: FedEx, DHL, LaPoste
Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING RATE: Shipping rates are calculated based on

  • Package dimensions and weight.
  • hipping destination.
  • Shipping Carrier.
  • A total of exact cost will be calculated and added to final Proforma invoice.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Metropolitan France Only)

  • Standard shipping within the 13 regions in Metropolitan region of France typically takes 2–3 business days.
  • Expedited options are available for an additional charge.
  • Shipments to French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte and Réunion will require additional time and cost of shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship to all international regions around the world outside France and the EU shipping.

  • Standard international shipping takes 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited options are available for an additional charge.
  • Delivery times vary by destination.
  • The buyer is responsible for applicable Inbound customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance if applicable in buyers country.

ORDER TRACKING: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website to get estimated time of arrival.

DELAY ISSUES: We are not responsible for delays caused by

  • Carrier issues.
  • Customs inspections.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or incorrect product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
