REFUNDS

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS:  Refunds are available within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
  • A refund of up to 90% of the purchase price may be issued, depending on the condition of the returned item and reason for return.
  • Any signs of misuse, damage, or missing components may result in a partial refund or no refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Items returned after the 14-day period.

REFUND PROCESS:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [your contact email/phone] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

SHIPPING COST:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

ORDER CANCELLATION:  If you’d like to cancel your order before the item ships, you’re welcome to, but we’ll have to charge a 10% cancellation fee.

PRE-OWNED/USED ITEMS REFUND POLICY:  We accept returns of pre-owned hi-fi equipment within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund of up to 90%, the item must be returned in excellent condition, with no dents or damage, and include all original accessories and packaging. Refund amount will be assessed based on the item’s condition upon return. Some demo/used/clearance items are sold on an “as is” basis and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. However we offer generous upgrade and trade in programs. Some used gear offers transferable warranties and others don’t, please inquire about the specific item you are purchasing.

NEW ITEMS RETURNS/REFUND POLICY:   Due to the high value of the products that we sell, all new items are considered “special order” items and are not returnable or refundable. In many cases these “special order” items are built on a per order basis and therefore deposits are taken at the time of the order. Once the deposit has been accepted the item on order is non-cancelable. All new items are covered by the manufacture warranty.

NOT IN STOCK ITEMS:  Most of our merchandise is not available for immediate shipment. Please contact us for availability.

HOLD” ITEMS:   We will gladly place items, new and previously owned, on “hold” for you, provided a deposit of some kind is given. f you later decide not to complete the purchase, your deposit is fully refunded, but, without a deposit, we simply cannot guarantee product.

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS:   Any and all claims for shipping damage must be reported immediately and noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt.
